Sean FitzPatrick fined for refinancing Anglo Irish Bank loans

Sean FitzPatrick, former Chairman and Chief Executive of Anglo Irish Bank, faces a €25,000 fine for failures in concealing loans between the Bank and Irish Nationwide Building Society. Mr FitzPatrick lost his membership of Chartered Accountants Ireland and agreed that his actions represented misconduct. In 2010, Anglo Irish Bank initiated legal action against Sean FitzPartick to recover unpaid loans.
